As the lead designer of Stella Artois, I get to work first hand with the brand managers. My tasks range from creating 360 campaigns to creating in-store displays and billboards.
Key Responsibilities
Build customized “thumb stopping” creative units that inspire action across all digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter
Version/customize assets for multiple geographies and targets
Make Sales programs come to life through impactful in-store units
Version/customize approved digital assets for key customers and regions
Create downloadable templates with instructions on how to customize
Efficiently manage a work plan that can produce thousands of assets per year
Work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives
Responsible for keeping an organized repository of assets for future usage
Typical Day-to-day Responsibilities
Knowing creative best practices for all digital & Out of Home platforms
Work closely with brand teams to capture campaign essence across all touch points
Work closely with media strategy & buying as well as data lead to align on audience segments and desired outcome for each channel
Interface with brand, and legal for creative approval
Working closely with team to test/optimize creative best performing practices
