As the lead designer of Stella Artois, I get to work first hand with the brand managers. My tasks range from creating 360 campaigns to creating in-store displays and billboards.
Key Responsibilities
Build customized “thumb stopping” creative units that inspire action across all digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter
Version/customize assets for multiple geographies and targets
Make Sales programs come to life through impactful in-store units
Version/customize approved digital assets for key customers and regions
Create downloadable templates with instructions on how to customize
Efficiently manage a work plan that can produce thousands of assets per year
Work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives
Responsible for keeping an organized repository of assets for future usage

Work closely with brand teams to capture campaign essence across all touch points
Work closely with media strategy & buying as well as data lead to align on audience segments and desired outcome for each channel
Interface with brand, and legal for creative approval

As the Art Director of Wine and Spirits magazine. Some of my duties are…
• Playing an integral role in the redesign and refresh of the magazine and overall brand. This lead to increase readership and subscriptions
• Managing team from the conception to the launch of our new website which increased usage and hits by 200%
• Responsible for all print/digital advertising and marketing collateral for domestic and international exposure
• Streamlining marketing materials to reach a wide audience base to efficiently increase sales. Examples include brochures, e-blasts, advertorials, media kits, magazines, promotional displays, and signage
• Established identity guidelines for multiple events
• Conceptualize 360° strategies to win new business
• Successfully manage the creation of visual assets with external resources such as photographers, illustrators, and agencies
• Researched and hired studio space and light rentals to photograph subjects when budget was too low to hire a photographer
• Tasked with hiring photographers and illustrators while keeping the multiple projects under budget
• Manage customization of social media platforms for all properties
• Responsible for proofing and the back-end production of the magazine
• Mentoring and supervising the work of design team and interns
I was contracted to come up with concepts to bring business to Norwegian Cruise Line. My proposal was well received and was used during Spring of 2018.
Designing the cover for Wine & Spirits magazine is one of my favorite tasks as their Art Director. Ive worked with many great photographers and artist. I have even had the pleasure of shooting a few covers myself. Here are some of my favorites.
Patagonia Busch, and LQD are some of the brands I design for through Draftline, a boutique Ad Agency within Anheuser Busch. I was tasked with creating design campaigns to increase product awareness. You can now see Billboards for Patagonia in Colorado and Billboards for LQD in Washington DC.

The Black Enterprise woman of Power conference allowed me to focus on marketing material targeted to the business woman. These 360 degree campaigns increased ticket sales by 200%. The low budgets required me to think out of the box and ended up with some incredible portfolio pieces.
Sports design for Black Enterprise magazine allowed me to hone my skills and leverage my resources to make slick, professional premium design pieces to have the public invest in our event.

The Stankonia Album allowed me to work this one of the best Hip Hop groups ever. Hired by L.A. Ried to lead the urban music art squad, I was tasked to create campaigns from concept to finish for many superstars. The hours were long but the end pieces were very rewarding. The black flag album cover may be one of the most iconic album images in hip hop history.
